Teaching tips:
Use this activity as a 'brain break' to help your class regulate and refocus, or as a daily workout to increase physical activity levels. Exercises, sequencing, and music are randomly selected each time, providing a unique experience with every session.
You can adjust the workout duration to fit your timetable and meet the needs of your students using the exercise panel, accessible via the top-right icon within the activity. Within the panel, you can also select or deselect specific exercises. Use the coaching tips for each exercise as verbal cues to guide and coach children during the workout.
The workout can play continuously, simulating a HIIT-style session. During this mode, you can pause the workout at any time using the whistle button. Alternatively, the start/stop mode allows breaks between exercises, giving students the opportunity to demonstrate the next movement. These settings are available within Activity settings.
This workout is designed for limited spaces, such as a classroom. Ensure all chairs are tucked in, the floor is clear, and students remain mindful of their surroundings and each other’s space.
