Installation issues

'Application error: this application cannot run' when inserting the CD-ROM

This error is caused by a conflict between various versions of these two files; dirapi.dll and iml32.dll.
  1. Search for these files (dirapi.dll and iml32.dll) within the WINDOWS, SYSTEM or SYSTEM32 folders and move them to a safe location. We suggest moving them onto the desktop to begin with.
  2. Launch the program
  3. Once the installer is running, they can then be deleted

The error can happen during installation if mapping to a network drive that is no longer present still exists on a machine. Visit http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q110724 for information on the fix.
